Wishing I was there to see Falcon 9 off

Last July, I got a tour of the Space X launch facility at Complex 40 at Kennedy. Since they couldn’t rotate the Falcon 9 to show off its logo, that meant climbing under it to get its best side. It was humorous and so cool at the same time!

Central Florida should get an early morning show early tomorrow morning as Space X makes a cargo run to the ISS.

I am hoping all the systems are nominal and all the photographer’s remotes work as planned. (I’m looking at you, Ben Cooper)

Wishing I was there,

Matthew

Spent Saturday afternoon being introduced to a new sport as American College Cricket held their inaugural Southwest Regionals at Texas A&M’s cricket ground. Yes, you heard me correctly. A&M has cricket pitch and a cricket club. Teams from A&M, UH, UH Clear Lake, Texas Tech and West Texas A&M are competing in the event that continues this afternoon. Gallery here.
