[W]hat a great way to start off marriage! I know Les and Emily couldn’t help but being aware of the love and support of their friends and family as they started their life together as husband and wife.
The ceremony was full of Christian symbolism and reflections of Christ’s love for his bride. Les imitated Christ’s humble service to the ones He loved and sought to serve by washing Emily’s feet. They also took communion together during the ceremony on the white sands beside the Gulf of Mexico.
